Business Development Manager

We have an immediate opening for a business development manager.

Start Date: Immediate

Wage: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 + commission

This position is combination of Outside/Inside sales.

Responsibilities:

This position is combination of Outside/Inside sales.

  • PRIMARY focus (90% of time) on cold selling (site-to-site, location-to-location, telephone calls). SECONDARY focus (10% of time) texting, emailing, social media.
  • Follow our current sales program and identify specific potential new customers/leads and track new contacts made through our Sales program.
  • Use the sales materials provided and do not create any new sales programs. All current sales materials have been created by our executive team and as such will provide you with proper product knowledge.
  • Weekly/Monthly goals and objectives to be reached to maintain employment.

In addition:

  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Work with accounting to examine risks and potentials for new business opportunities.
  • Using up to date technology to strategically form daily and weekly sales campaigns to generate new leads.
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Identify client concerns and communicate them effectively to our customer service team.
  • Prepare and record a variety of status reports, including all communication reports, follow-up reports, new client reports, updating current data base and daily activity reports.
  • Respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
  • Create a strong territory “presence”.
  • Stay aware of market trends and provide feedback.
  • Other duties as assigned by your Vice President of Sales
