Jr. Recruiter
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking Jr. Recruiter Talent Acquisition to assist with our recruiting activities. As a Jr. Recruiter Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for posting job applications online, examining résumés, screening potential candidates, and setting up interviews. You will work directly under the Branch Manager or Executive Recruiter and assist with all recruiting-related duties.
To ensure success as a Jr. Recruiter Talent Acquisition, you should have advanced knowledge of recruitment techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. A top-notch customer service representative understands the needs of the company and ensures that only qualified candidates make it through to the final interview.
Key Summary of Responsibilities of the Position include, but not limited to:
Post job applications on social media and job sites.
Managing the resume database.
Track open positions using recruiting software.
Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements.
Screening candidates resume
Conduction initial phone screenings.
Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews.
Conducting Open Houses and Job Fairs if required
Performing in-person (if required) and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Performing reference and background checks when required
Maintaining communication with internal operations ensuring staffing goals are achieved
Communicating policy and procedure information and benefits during on-boarding process
Contacting Candidate reference and background checks
Staying current on the company’s organization structure and needs
Serving as a liaison with area colleges, schools, and industry associations
Completing timely reports and metrics on employment activity
Demonstrate sound judgement and the ability to follow structure and policy
Other Duties as assigned
Requirements for Jr. Recruiter Talent Acquisition with focus on our Temporary / Permanent Positions Include but are not Limited to:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business communication or similar field
Previous experience working as a junior recruiter
Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems.
Work with all company programs and its policies
Excellent Problem-solving and Decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level i.e., Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power Point
Ability to conduct interviews over the phone and via live chat: ie; Teams, Zoom

Pay Rate: 20.00 - 25.00

Monday - Friday
9:00 am - 5:30 pm
