Location: Mukiltoe, Washington

Pay Rate: 57.00 - 91.00

Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Some Variability on different sites

Job Duties:
Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
Perform installation of plumbing systems at new properties
Inspect previously installed plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed systems
Answer calls for plumbing issues from general contractors
Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing systems a company installs and maintains
Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections
Communicate well with clients to ensure client satisfaction
Communicate well with team members and fellow employees
Manage a work log
Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites
Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep to

Plumber Duties and Responsibilities

Diagnose plumbing problems and perform repairs
Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures
Locate and repair water line leaks and remove clogs
Install and/or repair household appliances like dishwashers, water heaters, toilets, sinks, etc.
Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper function
Follow state laws and regulations and adhere to local building codes
A plumbing technician has several responsibilities, including:
Unclogging pipes and other parts of a plumbing system that are stopped up and are having issues allowing water through
Installing toilets, sinks and other equipment that water passes through
Repairing plumbing equipment, including toilets, hot water heaters, dishwashers, sinks, washing machines, outdoor hoses and the pipes that connect these systems
Fitting the correct pipes for an area
Performing regular maintenance on pipes and other equipment so customers have fully functional plumbing
Responding to plumbing emergencies like clogged drains and pipes, flooding, burst pipes, valve failures and septic issues
Accepting dispatch calls for a customer's plumbing needs
·Answering customer's questions about their plumbing and how best to care for equipment
Logging their work and, in some cases, processing payment for the work they performed
Supplying customers with cost estimates and quotes for repairs
