Job Duties:

- Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
- Perform installation of plumbing systems at new properties
- Inspect previously installed plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
- Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed systems
- Answer calls for plumbing issues from general contractors
- Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing systems a company
installs and maintains
- Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass
inspections
- Communicate well with clients to ensure client satisfaction
- Communicate well with team members and fellow employees
- Manage a work log
- Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites
- Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep to

Plumber Duties and Responsibilities

- Diagnose plumbing problems and perform repairs
- Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures
- Locate and repair water line leaks and remove clogs
- Install and/or repair household appliances like dishwashers, water heaters, toilets, sinks, etc.
- Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper function
- Follow state laws and regulations and adhere to local building codes
- A plumbing technician has several responsibilities, including:
- Unclogging pipes and other parts of a plumbing system that are stopped up and are having issues allowing water
through
- Installing toilets, sinks and other equipment that water passes through
- Repairing plumbing equipment, including toilets, hot water heaters, dishwashers, sinks, washing machines,
outdoor hoses and the pipes that connect these systems
- Fitting the correct pipes for an area
- Performing regular maintenance on pipes and other equipment so customers have fully functional plumbing
- Responding to plumbing emergencies like clogged drains and pipes, flooding, burst pipes, valve failures and
septic issues
- Accepting dispatch calls for a customer's plumbing needs
- Answering customer's questions about their plumbing and how best to care for equipment
- Logging their work and, in some cases, processing payment for the work they performed
- Supplying customers with cost estimates and quotes for repairs

Pay Rate: 57.00 - 91.00

Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
