MGR Workforce is looking for a high energy and dynamic Business Sales Development Specialist who will be tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound activities. The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way conversations with clients and highly self-motivated. The right Business Sales Development specialist will also understand how to assess a company’s needs and cater the outreach to each client specifically

Responsibilities Business Sales Development Specialist:

Generating new leads. Leads can be generated through door knocking, cold calling or any type of marketing initiatives
Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business
Starting new relationships with potential clients through cold calling, emails, and meetings.
Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
Respond to any emails or phone calls related to sales.
Preparing quotes/contracts for clients and presenting to the client.
Negotiate contracts terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
Upsell and expand revenue with existing clients.
Conduct sales and budget reviews that identify new opportunities for revenue growth and act to mitigate risks and identify variances to plan.
Become a subject matter expert on our business, process and operations and remain up to date on industry news
Monitor competitor activity and competitors’ products.
Monitor current customer agreements to ensure obligations and customer expectations are being met.
Customer visits to better understand their requirements.
Liaise with all other MGR departments to help set standards/service levels for interactions with clients.
Monthly goals and targets
Compensation and Commission based on performance of achieving pre-determined monthly sales targets
Earning potentials are unlimited and uncapped
Travel 75% within the region

An ambitious self-starter and someone that can effectively process inbound inquiries and identify qualified lead and opportunities. Relationship selling skills, with ability to manage sales calls to varying levels of customer accounts.

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, high school diploma or equivalent work experience in related field
Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
Demonstrate success in prospecting
Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
High level of integrity and strong commitment to building successful company
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of Sage Act as our primary Database
Understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
